AMERICAN EXPRESS - Small Business Saturday Campaign

When American Express launched their first inaugural Small Business Saturday campaign we produced all of their online content to go along with the creation and release of this event. By orchestrating shoots in six major cities we were able to create personal vignettes about the experience of being a small business owner. These mini-documentaries were used not only as a way to promote the first Small Business Saturday and AmEx but also in a longer form documentary that increased small business awareness. We helped build the fastest growing Facebook page which received over one-million likes and thirty-thousand tweets (including one from President Obama) in just two months. Small Business Saturday has gone on to win multiple awards and has been made a national holiday.
